WORLD OF BMW OPENS SECOND BMW RIDER TRAINING LOCATION IN STOKE-ON-TRENT.

World of BMW has launched a second teaching facility: BMW Rider Training North in Stoke-on-Trent. This new centre will mirror the excellent training and courses delivered by the original BMW Rider Training school in Royston, Hertfordshire.

BMW Rider Training offers a comprehensive range of courses, from Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) and Direct Access (DAS) for novice riders, through to advanced post-test training for experienced motorcyclists. BMW Motorrad UK has supported an official training school for over 10 years.

A second location will help bring World of BMW's premium training experiences to a much wider area of Great Britain and reaffirms BMW Motorrad UK’s commitment to encouraging the growth of motorcycling in the UK.

Customers attending either location can take advantage of two unique, industry-leading offers:

Guaranteed Direct Access (DAS) pass : For a one-off fee, customers can book their seven-day Direct Access Unlimited training with the reassurance that they will be given as much premium training and as many attempts at both the Module One & Two tests as they require to pass, without any additional costs.

Complimentary A2 upgrade: Any customer who completes and passes their A2 motorcycle test with World of BMW will be offered a complimentary upgrade to their full unrestricted licence once they reach 24, or have held their A2 for two years (whichever comes soonest). BMW Rider Training will provide training, motorcycle hire and cover the test fees for the Module One & Two tests. This offer is retrospective for any previous customers.

Kevin Bryan, Chief Instructor at BMW Rider Training North, said: “It’s fantastic for us to be working with BMW Motorrad UK. I can honestly say that the facilities, motorcycles and support we have now are the best in the industry. With a fleet of BMW motorbikes, the latest BMW Rider Equipment for customers to use during their training, we will be able to offer our customers a premium BMW experience.”

Customers can learn more about the full range of activities and courses on offer through BMW Motorrad UK’s partners at www.worldofbmw.com or by calling 08000 131 282.

World of BMW includes two BMW Rider Training schools, Simon Pavey’s world-famous BMW Off Road Skills in South Wales, the continent-crossing Motorrad Tours and on-track tuition with BMW Track Activities.
